Prior to commencement on site we prepare a detailed technical drawing package for construction and building control approval, integrating the structural engineer’s drawings and any other specialist information. Once the construction pack is finalized we produce a fully itemized and costed scope of works.
Our approach is to work closely with our clients, making all critical decisions before the build goes live. This enables us to then hand over a comprehensive pack to the construction team. They know exactly what they are to build and you know exactly what it is going to cost.
